Senior Officer - Digital Products Client Onboarding

Job Profile

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for Online Banking, Debit Cards, and e-Wallets, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulations and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding/offboarding activities, card stock inventories, and PIN dispatches in compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide back-office support to contact centre and front-line staff for inquiries regarding onboarding status, card dispatch, and access to digital services.
  • Prepare and verify MIS reports on key metrics like activations, dispatch volumes, and exceptions to support service improvement efforts.
  • Improve internal understanding of digital products by providing documentation, FAQs, and training on features and operational procedures to ensure accurate service delivery.
  • Collaborate with IT, Branch Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to address operational issues impacting customer experience and product performance.

Candidate Profile

  • Ideal Candidate should be between 25-35 years.
  • An academic record including successful completion of GCE A/L.
  • Sound knowledge in Banking & Fin-Tech applications.
  • Prior experience in CEFTS / Mobile Payments / Cards would be an added advantage.
  • Possess Strong analytical and interpersonal skills in managing projects.
  • A dynamic and result-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
