Job Profile

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and while supporting their financial needs.
  • Ensure that all client information and documentation are accurate and up to date.
  • Enter invoices into the system and process payments.
  • Handle insurance-related tasks for credit facilities.
  • Coordinate with necessary departments to ensure excellent customer service.

Candidate Profile

  • Age between 22-35 years.
  • An academic record including the successful completion of GCE A/L..
  • A minimum of 02 years of experience in non managerial grade within a Licensed Commercial Bank/Finance Company.
  • A diploma or higher educational qualification in credit management or management would be an added advantage.
  • A dynamic and results-oriented individual with good analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Possess strong MIS-related analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and provide informed recommendations.
  • Fluency in English/Tamil and Sinhala is essential.
