Job Profile
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and while supporting their financial needs.
- Ensure that all client information and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Enter invoices into the system and process payments.
- Handle insurance-related tasks for credit facilities.
- Coordinate with necessary departments to ensure excellent customer service.
Candidate Profile
- Age between 22-35 years.
- An academic record including the successful completion of GCE A/L..
- A minimum of 02 years of experience in non managerial grade within a Licensed Commercial Bank/Finance Company.
- A diploma or higher educational qualification in credit management or management would be an added advantage.
- A dynamic and results-oriented individual with good analytical and negotiation skills.
- Possess strong MIS-related analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and provide informed recommendations.
- Fluency in English/Tamil and Sinhala is essential.
