Junior Executive - Treasury (Head Office)

Singer Finance (Lanka) PLC, a subsidiary of Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC, invites applications for the position of Junior Executive - Treasury at its Head Office.

Job Profile

• Monitor daily liquidity and funding positions to ensure adequate funds for operational requirements.
• Prepare and track daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Maintain borrowing schedules and provide timely updates on funding positions.
• Perform treasury reconciliations, including borrowings, investments, and interest receivables.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements and ensure timely submission of treasury-related information.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, reconciliations, and treasury reporting.
• Prepare treasury reports, management information, and Board papers.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders on treasury matters.
• Maintain accurate treasury records, agreements, and supporting documentation.
• Support internal and external audits by providing treasury-related information and schedules.
• Undertake other treasury-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Part or full qualification in CA, CIMA, ACCA, CMA, AAT, or IBSL will be an added advantage.
• Relevant experience in Treasury, Finance, or Financial Services, preferably in a bank or finance company.
• Strong analytical, numerical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
