Job Profile

• Evaluate and structure credit proposals for submission.
• Assist in credit risk assessment and risk evaluation process.
• Coordinate with branch teams to support credit approvals.
• Prepare documentation and reports for credit committee review.
• Conduct post-credit evaluations and submit performance reports.

Candidate Profile

• Age between 22-35 years.
• An academic record including the successful completion of GCE A/L..
• A minimum of 02 years of experience in non managerial grade within a Licensed Commercial Bank/Finance Company.
• A diploma or higher educational qualification in credit management or management would be an added advantage.
• A dynamic and results-oriented individual with good analytical and negotiation skills.
• Possess strong MIS-related analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and provide informed recommendations.
• Fluency in English/Tamil and Sinhala is essential.
