Job Profile
- Evaluate, structure, and prepare credit proposals for Board approval.
- Support credit assessment and risk evaluation processes to ensure credit decisions and portfolio quality.
- Prepare reports and presentations for Credit Committee review and approval.
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all credit policies and guidelines.
- Conduct post-credit evaluations and prepare reports to assess portfolio performance and highlight risk trends.
- Assist in developing and updating credit policies and risk tools to improve credit decisions and risk management.
- Coordinate with branch teams and the Credit Committee to facilitate credit approvals.
Candidate Profile
- Age between 25 - 40 years.
- An academic record including the successful completion of GCE A/L.
- A degree /diploma in Finance, Banking, Business administration, Economics or any other related field is compulsory.
- A part or full qualification in CIMA, ACCA, CA, AAT, or IBSL would be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 02 years of experience in managerial level within a Licensed Commercial Bank.
- A dynamic and results-oriented individual with good analytical and negotiation skills.
- Possess strong MIS-related analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and provide informed recommendations.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala is must.
